Big Tom's Notary Service
Meet Tom "Big Tom" Heinsinger, Florida Notary
Getting important documents notarized shouldn’t be a headache. I’m Tom Heinsinger—most folks around here know me as Big Tom—and I’m the owner and lead notary behind Big Tom’s Notary Service right here in Lady Lake, Florida.
I’ve been a commissioned Florida Notary Public since November 2020 (with my current commission active through August 2030). Whether you’re signing estate planning documents, real estate packages, vehicle titles, or solemnizing a marriage, I know that the paperwork sitting in front of you matters. My goal is simple: to handle your notarization with complete accuracy, zero stress, and friendly, straightforward service.
Because everyone’s schedule looks a little different, I’ve set up my practice to give you flexible options:
- In-Office Walk-Ins & Appointments: Stop by my Lady Lake office on Hwy 466 Monday through Friday from 9:00 AM to 1:00 PM.
- Mobile Notary Services: After 1:00 PM on weekdays, I hit the road to meet you at your home, office, hospital, or local coffee shop across Lady Lake, The Villages, and the surrounding Tri-County area.
- Remote Online Notarization (RON): Need a stamp from out of town or from the comfort of your couch? I offer secure, state-approved online notarizations.
When you work with me, you know exactly what to expect—transparent pricing, clear ID and security standards, and a neighbor who respects your time. Give me a call at 1-866-805-9977 or stop by the office, and let’s get your paperwork taken care of the right way.
